If you adjust the top support bar of the grill then you will not be able to open your bonnet properly, its there for clearence when you need to release the bonnet.

The grills are designed that way for a reason, and unless your only 2 foot tall you shouldn't notice it at all.

As for moulds, I suggest if you want to organise it that you purchase one from where I originally got it and then run them off, although Egrezz did fix up and strengthen the design.

If someone is good enough to volunteer their grill, then we are happy to mould it, and then return you your grill, and 2 extra ones for your trouble.

Jeff.

I dont suppose you had any left over that I could purchase to use as a mould mayhem?? Or if anyone else would like to volunteer theirs and get an extra 2, as suggesed by Jeff, don't hold back, otherwise I will look into getting another one. If we could get a hold of one of Egrezz's strengthened ones to work off, that would be good.... But I have been unable to get in contact with them at all.

Yeah I've seen them being sold for varying prices, each grille a touch different. But why pay that much when we can get them for $70 or so each ;) I'd buy it (can't look at link I'ma t work :() but I'm in Queensland, whereas most people on here aren't. I'm going to try and get back in conact with Kenny from Egrezz soon to see if he still has the mould, cause this would make it much easier and cost effective.
