yo all, my turbo is now leaking and i was told $300 to fix it up... its a t25 from a ca18det. i'm thinking whether i may aswell upgrade my turbo? what turbo can i put it yous think? or should i just fix it at that price? |

You could get a t25g for that price.... Someone was selling a pair not too long ago.... |

whats the difference between t25g and just the one from the stock ca18det? same price but also theres labour to add on top |

T25g is abit bigger. $300 to fix isn't bad, the labour to change the turbo to a different on will probably be around that price anyway. |

Touche. Do you know if it's just the gaskets, or is it actually a problem with the turbo itself? |

just the gasket i think! got a friend checking it out tomorrow! should save myself some money what the shop wanted, i thought i may aswell upgrade turbos but its cool |
