Lets say 93 model 180sx (Sr20) with stage 1 mods (FMIC, 3inch zorst from turbo back, pod) and running @ 1 bar. Whats a decent figure for kw @ the wheels?

Mine is putting out 146kw @ the wheels. So its not too bad eh? Getting Haltech ecu and GT30 soon :) . I'll be happy with 180plus at the wheels.

At the last dyno night i pulled 136.6rwkw .

All i have is a pod,3inch dump/front pipe and cat into a 2 1/2 inch exhaust. It's pretty nasty with a big bend in it.
I also have a 600hp fuel pump, heavy duty clutch,BOV,etc. But these things aren't really power producing.

I'm hoping to unleash a few extra kw when i get a proper Jap 3inch catback. :D

So that's a pretty stock power figure.

If you can borrow a gtech it'll give you a rough idea of rear wheel power, good for after making mods etc i guess.
I have SR20, 3" turbo back, extractor manifold and at the time it had a stock VL commo airbox with a dirty filter.
Gtech told me i had 155rwkw@14/16psi (good ol spiking boost...)
