[quote="RUN.180"]I think these seats are just the same as the earlier model 180sx jus with abit more support (not much) and 180sx printed on them.

looks like you'd be better off keeping it....they're nice but not worth the money, just keep the seats and when you sell the car just put them back and keep the buckets

Ummmm Yes :)

early model seats were not that great (no offense to anyone)

late model seats are the same as s14 seats but with 180sx written on them.

Do S14 seats require bracket modifying, or do they just bolt in?

Jeff.

P.S. I am getting a set from a panel beater who was going to throw them away! He threw away a full S15 interior only 2 weeks ago!!! :x

S14/S15/R33/33GTR seat all fits in except one whole.

I had a pair of GTR seats put in late last year.

For the driver side...the right rear need a 1-2 inch extension welding and drilled. For the passenger side...it will be the left rear....

or you could just simple cut a piece of high grade metal (hard to bend) use the exsisting holes and brackets, over lap the bitch and clamp it down. it worked wonders...hehehhe

Sounds like that is what I will do.

I am spewing that I gave away my R33 interior (I have MOMO racing buckets in that) only about 2 months ago, so my mate could put it in his shitty Torana!

Jeff.

Llewy lol.

BTW just to let you guy's know, put the S14 seats in this arvo and they are a straight bolt in (every bolt!).

Not as good as the 33 seats though, as the 33 had adjustments for everything, lumbar, bottom height and tilt, and even wing width adjustment.

Jeff.

Good lord cyph. CA's are the biggest turd seats ever made.
I feel like slashing mine out of existence whenever i go for a drive longer than 1 hour. Very harsh on your lower back.
Would get some SR seats, but mine are all nice and retrimmed :(
