Hey team,

finally picked up the car today, everything is perfect except the clutch. Maybe just needs a good bleed because despite the occasional grind like Ricol described it's very very hard to shift with any pace at all. Something is amiss because the box was pretty good before it went in.

Will be back on the track soon I hope!

Going lovely, thanks again for that. I still owe you a favour :)

The install was quite neat indeed, and I pulled it off the day after I drove it home to do the plug up of that little hole. Couldn't notice any difference afterwards.

AJ and Daniel that is the one part of everything I'm not happy about, but I have to wait until I have proof I spose before chasing it up further.

damn they welded cast aluminium to stainless pipes? weird

im glad its going good for you. besides the clutch thing. hope it doesnt drag out too long in getting it fixed

ahh that would explain it. i thought there was some thing where you cant weld certain metals together. like cast iron and steel or something. i dunno, just something i heard. thats why i asked

yeah you generally need the metals to match for them to weld together.

You need different welding gear for different types too.
