make that a 3-3 1/2" turbo back exhaust.

injectors, and fuel pump

some stickier tyres, and id say that should do it to break the twelves in street trim.

going further, some fuel management.

the SILVIA name is what they call the 200sx over here. Same car, different name.

Japanese like to give there cars names while, they pressume, other countries like US and Australia prefer numbers and letters.

For eg.

Lexus IS200 is referred to as a Toyota Altezza ;)

make it 3in zorst
boost it to about 15psi
add a computer in there

should make about 185rwkw and hopefully crack a 12

do injectors and fuel pump etc and u will have a 200rwkw car and a mid 12 car

anyone agree? disagree?
low 12sec streeter is damn quick

As funny as it is, running a 12 in a silvia (on street tyres) is not easy. Alot have the power but you dont see or hear of many that have.

Do what the others said in terms of engine mods but think about tyres and suspension, they can and do make a huge difference. You'll need around $4000 absolute minimum if you shop smart (ie 2nd hand)

If all goes well, when it's ready, I'm taking my car to the track and let you know what it will take to run a 12... hopefully a low one!!!

well, i'm taking my Sil80 to drag combat which is next w/end.

i'm hoping that i'll run a low 13 and i have t28 bb high flowed turbo, front mount, exhaust, boost, etc. dont have fuel or pump installed as of yet. so i'm hoping i can run a mid-low 13s and see wat i can do their. i'll let u know wat a 12sec s13 needs once i get into the 12s!! :D

Will

with the above mods, i believe u can hit high 11s....
getting an s15 to 12 seconds require less mods than most believe. i did 13.4 at EC with only exhaust, pod, 14psi, stripped rear interior and perfect launch - everything else was stock. now if i had FMIC and PowerFC tuned, i'd say i could crack high 12s easily.

CA18 with the works running 11.9's. 254rwKw and 285*17 inch rubber is what it took. The times were run bout six months ago now when the engine was a freshie but low 12's are still on the cards. the big thing I found was in the rear suspension go as high and as soft as you can with the biggest rubber you can afford nittos would be great but expensive.

oh and what about the
-super irritating neons
-23" Chromies (with those enix spinners of course)
-4 1/2" Tip
-Racing pedals to make you drive faster
-and to finish it off a car mate/jerkspeed bodykit.

...im such an ass :-?

but on a serious matter, would it be easier to just put an rb26dett into your silvia to make it run 12's - or would it end up costing you more in the long run?
