Well today was a fun day :D

I knew I was going to fail a maths test at 10:00, but it got worse before it got better....

MAXBOOST (lil bro) and I got up early to go flying our new electric model plane (STFU already :P) anyway, we only had one beanie, so my mum gave me a black balaclava which I put on like a beanie, backwards though. I also had on black jeans, black gloves and a black jacket as well as black shoes.. just to set the scene.

We headed up to the park a few streets up from my house in the 180 got everything out and started setting up. While we were getting it ready to fly this dero looking dude walked across the park near us saying something like "You better be careful with that thing - someone stacked a big one into the houses over there" (and pointed at this housing estate bordering the park). We of course thought nothing of it at the time and continued to preflight the beast.

On the first flight (second ever time running the damn thing, the transmitter (controller for you n00bs) ran out of battery power   an our $500 odd pride and joy gracefully spiralled into the ground. 15 pieces and some cold testicles later we were figuring out how to get it in the boot without damaging anything when a green commodore pulled up across the street.

I looked over and gave the guy a nod, (thinking they just want to have a look at the plane). He and his mate jump out and look back at the car and continue to try and get the plane in.

It was at this point that MAXBOOST and I were instructed to step away from the vehicle and remove our hands from our pockets :o It was at this point I noticed the handcuffs and glocks the pair was packing and started adding up the cost of the defects under my bonnet.

One guy asked me to remove 'that' (motioning at my hat/balaclava) and asked what it was and if it was mine. Then they informed us that there'd been a robbery just around the corner and searched us and the vehicle. To make matters worse (on top of my entire physical-evidence-concealing outfit and the balaclava) the cop removed a digital camera from my coat pocket :-? (We were going to get some vid of the beast in action for my other bro). The other cop was looking through the compartments in the car when he came across a really dark coloured jumper (which I use for a pillow when I'm sleeping in the car at uni ). Not looking good kids... Then he proceeds to grab my wallet off the back seat and asks me to remove the money in it.

Normally i'd just have laughed, but that morning my mum had paid me in part for some uni books, in the form of four $50 notes.

Eventually they finished their search, got our details and buggered off. 'Twas an interesting morning. I think I might be a suspect now!!! :D

You probably would have had your arse beaten down "while resisting arrest" if you'd said that. :)
