Unless it's life and death, both should be avoided like the plague....

If ACA went in so quickly, they went in ill-researched, and the customer would have been under stress and therefore not thinking straight, which would have caused issus.

Both are screwing the story to suit them.

Lets see... you can take the exagerated / made up figures of a current affairs programs or you can go with the plain BS from the car salesman. Either way you seldom get the truth.

I had a dodgey experience with a car sales man (and he happen to be the owner of the yard as well)...

How do we know my experience was genuine, because my complaint to numerous areas and boards saw my claimed upheld, and subsiquently, his yard was closed down.

For those wondering what happened, PM me, as it's not something appropriate for forum display.
