The car is tuned by Koenig Specials, a company that decides that Ferraris and Lamborghinis aren't fast enough in stock form.

They also have this habit of turbocharging anything they tune. They've got a 600hp Ferrari 355 kit, as well as various other go-faster bits for Euro supercars.
