yeh, the queue is still shit
theyve lost a bit more cable and adsl agents
and managment been focusing on dial-up
so BB has gone a bit crap in their service levels
plus theres the occasional outage
theyvr released 2 types of roster since u guys left
these rosters suppose to "keep up" to the incoming calls
but, both didnt do as they have promised
no, they are trainging more "suckers" to cover their asses

all i do here is bludge on car sites, coz i dun give a shit on what goin on around me LoL :P

When was BB's service level ever near satisfactory?

THe need to pay more there and so many ppl wouldn't quit.

i agree BB has never met satisfactory levels IMO, or any split was :lol:
well it was already crap and it went crapper

exactly, they need to match the competition out der to invest in keeping their employees instead of spending more $$$ on hiring new peepz
plus the workplace itself adds stress to a stressful job for the workers
