Dear all, Dont know if commenting about a restuarant is allowed or not. I went to this sushi restuarant and damn it was so bad. The whole package was bad the food, service and the general experience was bad. It was damn expensive as well which was putting salt into the wound. It reminded me of the so called asian restuarant in port stephens. If they sold that kind of food in the CBD they would be broke in a week!!!!! On the other hand try the Tea room in the QVD. Great place and service Tipped them $20 |

Love the tea that they have there. I think its the best in syd. I loved eating their afternoon tea selection and its so good on a date. They used to have a piano player there for dinner time not sure if they still do that now. I guess its true what they say about what u pay is what u get. I dont mind paying extra or more for good qaulity food and service, but I do mind if its shit to start off with and paying extra. Still its pricey and dont think my wallet can take too much of places such as that. Believe it or not the actual fishmarket is nice to have first thing in the morining. I went with my gf there when they just opened up in the morining which meant we were able to select the freshest stuff to have and we actually ate it there on the spot, and just the pure taste of it cant be matched with any other restuarant as they get their product much later so it isnt as fresh........ The opera house serves nice food also..... |

cant say im a tea person, certainly a coffee person. cant live without it lucky being a wedding, my wallet wasnt affected for the food situation, only the present for the couple sounds like you are WAY too good to be hanging with lowly silvia owners |

well im never going to eat at a certain sushi place near wynard. Id been there a few times with mates, and I needed to take a piss, my mate tells me go out the back up the stairs, its the staff one. so I go out back and upstairs and I see the toilet just next to the entrance to the kitchen, I go inside and its well.. derelict, the light was broken and the fluro almost falling out, it was real dirty etc. i take a piss and go to wash hands... and theres a basket of vegetables soaking in one of the sinks..... |

My number one sushi place at the moment is the joint just opposite to harry's pies next to the capitol theatre. It's pretty much on the tram lines, food is good and always fresh. Girls are cute too |
