got a second hand hks boost controler somebody said that it may be locked if i transferd it to another car... has anyone used second hand boost controlers or know if this is true or how to fix it if it is its a hks evc ver 2 |

sounds like bull. the only device that locks are ecus... to protect the tune. and also the pivot security turbo timer. heres the manual http://www.hksusa.com/content/pdf1741.pdf |
