Can it be done?
Has anyone done it?
Has anyone seen it done / heard of it being done?

The fact that I've never seen or heard of it leads me to believe it is probably not really possible but I thought it can't hurt to ask.

They won't line up. you may as well make something that resembles an S15's door trim from scratch if that's what you want. the dash is a totally different shape, and the doors are different enough for the S15 trim to have to be completely reworked to be made to fit.

why you haven't heard of it being done is probably because there's no gain to be had...

well, I bought some unmodified* s13 door cards in good condition instead. 15 bucks each = easiest option.

So when the car comes back from the painter I have some work to do :)

1) New carpet (got some black plush from knox auto carpets)
2) New speaker wiring and speakers. (got xome xifa jobs from jaycar, looks the business on paper)
3) + **amp or two (undecided)
4) + ***sub (unless I can do it in such a way that i dont have to worry about it coming loose or having to be removed for track days I won't bother. I'm too old for doof doof now anyway)
5) Fit some form of high level stop lamp
6) OMG THE CAR IS FINISHED (almost)

*(no retard has bolted 6x9s to the face of these door cards denting the shit out of them and generally being fail)
**maybe
***maybe but unlikely
