been doiong some work on my brother n14 sss pulsar and pulled the injectors got them cleaned and re installed, the car will crank over but wont fire any idea's as to what might be the problem ?

it uses a coil and distributor for the ignition same as s13 ?

have pulled of fuel rail from manifold and seen fuel being squired from injectors, checks all conectors that we can find as well as fuses.

any idea on test i can do for spark ? can i pull the leads and lay them near motor and look for arc ?

it's probably flooded if you removed the injectors while they were still in the rail.
Disconnect the CAS and crank the car for a while with the throttle wide open, then remove and clean the spark plugs, plug the CAS back in, and try starting it again.
If it's still having trouble starting, hold it at full throttle while cranking, and be ready to jump off the throttle when it fires.

thanks dumhead got it going eventually rang another fella and he explained that on start up holding the throttle wide open stops the injectors or pump or something operating.

I don't think it stops anything, but it does allow a lot more air through, which helps get rid of the excess fuel.

your right it would allow lots more air which would help, he reakon most factory ecu's do stop something (sure he said injectors) he said people make the mistake of pumping the throttle on start up and this can flood an efi car.

but either way it worked
