Depends on what you want to achieve you lucky c%$ts. 8)
Do you have an exhaust? if not go get that, turbo back.
Some management, fuel system and/or turbo and brakes.
Not much change out of 10k there me thinks.

No zuast yet but have $2000 for that side of things aswell, at least thats what we budgeted for, I can get some of the smaller parts from japan tax free, dont worry about labour tuning costs, her father is a mechanic, so a case a beer or 2 will cover that.

ca 180 i could get a sr for that price,
more will be spent on this car latter, decieded to put my turbo conversion off for a while so we can save up some more money for a engine and gear box, the questions is to stay with the SR go for a RB

If you were going for mainly engine stuff and assuming the exhaust is alreasy paid for I'd go for:

stainless manifold
hks step 1 cams
z32 afm
550cc injectors
power fc or daughterboard
gtrs
nice clutch
mechanical diff

should be able to get most of that for $10k if you shop around.

Also if you do that you will have nice stuff left over for yourself for after the engine sawp, like the T28 and injectors.

Everyone's a winner!

I will not use the parts of the S15 in my swap, its not a standard SR or Rb swap

What does she want out of the car? Something for dragging people, something that handles, or a comfortable road car?

get full exhaust, pod filter, fmic, electronic boost controller, bigger fuel pump and chip or ecu. and then get whiteline handling kits, rims and coilovers.

Good question when trying to build a car up.

You could just spend 10K on ICE and kroooze down George St & Brighton.

Hektik :)

$10,000 would make for a very quick, smart ride.

RB74 brake pads front and rear: $220
Whiteline front and rear adjustable sway bars: $420
Whiteline Strut Brace: $170
Whiteline subframe align and lock kit: $110
CES Exhaust (inc air pod): $2000
Blitz SBC i-D II boost controller: $1000
HKS 555cc fuel injectors: $800
Walbro Fuel Pump: $200
30mm thick radiator: $700
GFB Stealth BOV: $430
Apexi PowerFC and Hand Controller: $2000

Total $8,050

How to spend the last $2000 would depend on personal preference:

Option 1: King springs, shocks and a body kit
Option 2: Tein flex coilovers.

Either option would take you up to the $10,000 budget.
