Well all, its more than time to burn some snags So whos up for a Barbie?

Date: Sunday the 19th of March

Location: Cataract Dam

From Sydney. Take the M5 south from Sydney, then the Campbelltown exit. To get to the Cataract Dam, take the bypass around Campbelltown southwards to Appin Road (southern outskirts of the city). At Appin turn left towards Wollongong. About 6 kilometres on, turn right then travel 4 kms to the Dam

Time: 1PM - BBQ will be burning at 1:30

Food: Sausage Sizzle and can drinks will be available at $1- each (as per always)
Please dont arrive and stand around for 10mins then start complaining we arnt going for a cruise.
This is a BBQ people, we will be there for a couple of hours to Chat to other forum members, check out some cars, eat some burned sausages and lay into Zei for all his crappy posts.

Please let us know if your coming so that I can organise the food/drinks for the day.

There will be no cruise after this. Its a BBQ meet up and then people will depart. If you drive back as a group or what ever thats up to you but there is no organised cruise taking place.

On a side note guys.

Admin has decided this is an official SNSW day. We want to keep it as a club day

Any forum member is welcome to attend however we really want to keep it amongst the club.
If you have friends who want to tag along politely loose them
This is going to be an oppertunity for memebers to get together and we would really like to keep it just that.

This cruise is not open to other forums/sites its a SNSW day and will stay that way.

That said your all welcome to come, we are putting the day on for the members (thats you guys reading this )

I have been reading up on them a bit and the Revo should win in a drag apparently. But the trx2.5 isn't a .25 and a .32 is a bolt-in job for the LST2

There are no official meeting points for cruises this time. We are treating this as just a BBQ day.

If people want to meet up beforehand then it's up to them but it will be unofficial as far as SNSW is concerned.

From memory I think if you can get to the entrance road using the directions in the opening post of this thread, you will have no problems. If you get there early, it's the big green field on your left as soon as you you get to the picnic area's. Last time we were able to get into the field from the end the road comes in (IOW don't drive past the field or you'll be U-bolting).

From Sydney. Take the M5 south from Sydney, then the Campbelltown exit. To get to the Cataract Dam, take the bypass around Campbelltown southwards to Appin Road (southern outskirts of the city). At Appin turn left towards Wollongong. About 6 kilometres on, turn right then travel 4 kms to the Dam

Food: Sausage Sizzle and can drinks will be available at $1- each (as per always)

This is a BBQ people, we will be there for a couple of hours to Chat to other forum members, check out some cars, eat some burned sausages and lay into Zei for all his crappy posts.

Please let us know if your coming so that I can organise the food/drinks for the day.

Under no circumstances will we tolerate any kind of stupid behaviour at the venue and we will not hesitate to help the authorities bust your ass if you are stupid.

I didn't get to make this one, had some suspension issues...

Damn spring seems to be moving around in the shock, same spring that's been in 1 spot for over a year now, all of a sudden doesn't friggin sit still, and sounds horrible (getting it pissed off soon anyway).

Hope the day was great for all that attended, I will definately be at the next one.

2 Problems at the moment that stop me guys:

1. Just bought an apartment and car spending has been stopped, lucky I got to keep the damn thing actually.

2. If I lower it (which I have wanted to do for 18months now) and I can't get it in the driveway anymore.

I had the pleasure of steering an evo9 this morning in my car looking adventures.

I was pretty impressed. Still lifes car is nice,
Also had a drive of an off it head series 6 RX-7 at edward lee's today. Not to shabby, but the RX-8 is much more refined.
